Man what an atmosphere, came here with my buddy. I got 3 tacos of asada and cabeza. The asada was yummy but the cabeza was Insane. It was OX lips so first time having it. My buddy got the vampiro with carne asada and said he loved the cheese. He also got the tripa tacos which was his favorite. We also got their signature. Which is the keke it's a huge quesdilla ! Huge ! So good ! Home made jamicha was amazing ! Service was great which is always good. Even a golf cart came and picked me up when I parked my car . Hospitality at its finest! Definitely coming back !

First and foremost, we had to park a couple blocks away because it was so busy - but we were immediately picked up by a ATV that Chula Tacos owns. They gave us a ride to the business so we didn’t have to walk. Overall, the flavor of the meat, the tortillas, were very quality. Although not a negative for me, I would say the Keka’s are very greasy. The size of the Keka’s are PLENTY to fill you up. I’m 6’4 220 lbs and I bought one Keka and one Taco. I was more than full. The pricing is consistent with most taco places. Overall, we spent 61 for a family of 4 - so the price wasn’t terrible. There is a decent amount of seating, but there is so many people that seating may not be immediately available.

Delicious tacos they are the closest to Tijuana style tacos among the ones I tried in San Diego. Juicy and well seasoned meat, salsa with a bit of kick, hand made tortilla (right in front of you) and lots of fresh avocado!!! Be prepared for the wait. It can take about 30-40 minutes to order, but after that it is done in minutes. Well worth the wait. And you can see all the meat and tortillas being made in front of you while you stand in the line. Pet friendly as well!!

Tacos were on point. Kekas was solid! Al pastor had this char to the meat that hit. The marinade was flavorful. The carne asada kekas with that melted cheese and homemade tortilla made it taste just right. It was like eating a giant carne asada taco with melted cheese and it was good good! The operation is nice. Once you order it doesn't take long to get your food it's just the line to order is what takes a long time. Not much parking so you have to circle the neighborhood to find a spot. Aside from the no parking and long line to place the order the food is on point and atmosphere sitting down at the tables and eating is great :) I highly recommend giving it a try....if you have a Spanish speaking friend, bring them!! It helps making the ordering easy peasy so you have it just right. We had tacos to eat there and take some to go so being able to translate that for us was fast otherwise we would've been able to do it, it just would've taken us longer maybe...

It’s lack the amazing street food of Tijuana, MX yet nestled right in the middle of San Diego. Parking is a fun challenge. The Keka is a must order. Basically, it’s a HUGE street taco with generous toppings. If you forget the cash, don’t worry. They have you covered with their onsite ATM machine. You definitely have to try it once to know how good Mexican food can be. Enjoy!

For the US these are really good tacos. Friendly staff and varied menu. Outdoor seating only so bring a jacket. Also, very little parking so it might be a while if there's a crowd. Luckily there was 3 of us so one waited for parking while another waited for a table and the other got in line. Tables are first come first serve so you gotta keep your eye out for people leaving because there's no host to seat you.
